30 Years to 64 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA grade ?~?, age 30~64 years old, female; (2) 18.5kg/m2<BMI<28kg/m2; (3) Patients entering ERAS process and undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia; (4) After fully understanding the purpose and significance of this experiment, participants should voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with nausea and vomiting due to current digestive diseases, history of vertigo, migraine disease, smoking, hypertension grade ? or above, severe arrhythmia, angina pectoris, heart failure, severe abnormal liver and kidney function, neuropsychiatric diseases; (2) A long history of opioid use; (3) Patients not managed according to ERAS; (4) Patients who received antiemetic, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or opioids within 48 hours before surgery that might interfere with the intervention; (5) Patients with cognitive impairment, or can not tolerate acupuncture and moxibustion, poor compliance, poor expression; (6) Allergic to ondansetron; (7) Severe nausea and vomiting due to water and electrolyte disturbance, or severe surgical complications; (8) Pregnant women, cheek plastic surgery, botox injection history and other special patients.
