18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria of stroke (infarction/ischemia) and confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. Age = 18 years old and = 70 years old, regardless of gender; 3. The onset time is more than three months and less than one year; 4. Right-handed; 5. Normal cognitive function (MMSE is above the corresponding threshold of different cultural levels); 6. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindicated implants for magnetic resonance in vivo and in vitro (patients have ferromagnetic implants, cardiac pacemakers, etc.); 2. Have a history of epilepsy, mental illness, or other diseases with severe cognitive and emotional dysfunction; 3. Other diseases or factors affecting limb activity, such as fracture, severe arthritis, amputation, etc; 4. History of drugs affecting the central nervous system; 5. Pregnant or lactating women, etc.
