Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All participants are older than 17 years of age; (2) At least 5 years of basketball specific experience, participating in provincial or national level sports school competitions; (3) Special Class of Guangzhou Sports Training Institute (4) Participants have received more than 2 years of deep squat resistance training experience in high school. (5) The subjects voluntarily participated in the study, signed an informed consent form, had good compliance, and cooperated with follow-up interventions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Low compliance; (2) Injury, loss of follow-up, midway withdrawal; (3) Failure to cooperate
