Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 20-50 years, ASA Class I-II, body mass index 18-24kg/m ~ 2, complete ECG, various biochemical examinations, no history of cervical surgery, no indication of difficult airway and difficult intubation were operated by the same physician; Preoperative awareness of this study, and patient understanding and consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative merge kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, lung disease in patients with complications such as; To research related to drug allergy; ASA class ? or worse; unwilling to undergo general anesthesia and participate in the observation of this study;
