Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) FAP patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for levator ANI syndrome and non-specific anorectal pain (functional gastrointestinal disease Rome IV); (2) Patients with chronic or recurrent anorectal pain, each pain lasting at least 30 minutes, at least once a week, symptoms =1 year; (3) Age range from 20 to 70 years old, gender is not limited; (4) Patients who did not receive acupuncture treatment 3 months before enrollment; (5) The subject will voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with pain caused by organic diseases such as anal fissure, perianal abscess and hemorrhoids; (2) Patients with a history of anal and pelvic floor operations in the last 1 year; (3) Patients with a history of pelvic or spinal cord trauma; (4) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney, respiratory system and hematopoietic system diseases or malignant tumors; (5) Patients with obvious psycho-psychological abnormalities and oral control of anti-anxiety or antidepressant drugs; (6) Women during pregnancy, lactation and menstruation.
