Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)VS patients: aged 18-65 years; No central drugs used 24 hours before anesthesia; Patients diagnosed with VS by CRS-R score in neurosurgery (already tracheotomy); 2) Patients with moyamoya disease: aged 18-65 years; Intracranial bypass surgery was performed; Unconsciousness disorder, no contraindications
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes, history of cardiac surgery, single/multiple organ failure, severe clotting disorders, epilepsy, pacemaker implantation, refusal to study, and contraindications to rsfMRI.
