Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Consistent with the diagnostic criteria of AECOPD with increased EOS; (2) Age 40-85 years old; (3) The patient himself or his guardian can understand and sign the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Hypersensitive constitution, clearly allergic to the intervention measures involved in the study; (2) Patients with acute critical illness requiring emergency surgical treatment or ICU admission; (3) Complicated with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases, and/or abnormal liver and kidney functions; (4) women during pregnancy, lactation or planning to become pregnant in the near future; (5) Unwilling to accept intervention measures; (6) cognitive dysfunction, mental disorder or suffering from mental illness; (7) Suspected or established drug abuse or dependence; (8) Have participated in or are participating in other drug clinical studies within 1 month before the start of baseline; (9) Researchers considered it inappropriate to participate in the experiment, including poor compliance and unable to follow up on time.
