Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years old, gender is not limited. (2) Patients with first-episode stroke or craniocerebral trauma. (3) Patients in a vegetative or minimally conscious state 1 to 3 months after onset; (4) Patients or their immediate family members voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with serious heart, liver or kidney diseases and unstable vital signs. (2) Patients who are taking antiepileptic, antidepressant and other sedative drugs. (3) Contraindications to transcranial magnetic therapy such as intracranial metal built in, excessive intracranial pressure, etc. (4) Those who are participating in other clinical studies. (5) Patients who have poor compliance and are prone to missing visits. (6) Patients who, in the opinion of the investigator, are not suitable for enrollment.
