Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: over 18 years old, male or female; (2) urothelial carcinoma diagnosed by histopathology or cytology; (3) HER2 expression was detected by IHC in primary tumor tissue samples obtained after January 2023. (4) Exempting informed consent from the ethics committee for retrospective cases; For prospective cases, patients voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who have been diagnosed with concurrent tumors in other sites, such as lung cancer, liver cancer, stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, etc. (except for carcinoma in situ, non-melanoma skin cancer, or concurrent tumors with a low probability of recurrence within a few years); (2) Doctors evaluated other patients who were not suitable for enrollment.
