45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The age is more than 40 years and less than 85 years; ? Blood biochemical examination indicated elevated prostate specific antigen (PSA), and imaging examination of PSMA-PET indicated prostate cancer patients; ? Patients who planned to undergo puncture biopsy in our hospital and obtained pathological results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with other systemic diseases; ? Patients who were intolerant to PET and SPECT. ? Patients scheduled to receive endocrine drug therapy or radiation therapy within one week.
