Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Inclusion criteria for T2DM: (1) aged 18-75. (2) Type 2 diabetes mellitus conformed to the 2019 WHO Diagnostic Criteria. (3) Signed informed consents were obtained from the patients or their guardians. 2: Inclusion criteria for healthy controls: (1) Gender and age matched with the patient group. (2) No history of diabetes; no history of serious heart, brain, liver, kidney, endocrine, digestive, blood disease, malignant tumor. (3) PHQ-9 score < 5 points; no family history of mental illness. (4) Signed informed consents were obtained from the patients or their guardians.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with malignant tumors and other serious physical diseases; (2) Abuse or addiction of substances (including alcohol, tobacco and psychoactive substances.); (3) Pregnancy and lactation; (4) Patients who cannot be interviewed effectively due to their medical condition or altered mental status.
