Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation; (2) Pain and/or numbness, muscle tension symptoms in the waist and lower limbs; (3) Pain visual simulation score 3 = (VAS) = 7 points; (4) Age 18-65 years; (5) Volunteer to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Subjects with spondylolisthesis or herniation of the nucleus pulposus that severely compresses the cauda equina nerve, or who have obvious surgical indications or are not suitable for conservative treatment (2) Suffering from other diseases with symptoms of low back pain, such as ankylosing spondylitis; (3) Allergic or allergic constitution to the study drug; (4) Suffering from severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, and kidney diseases; (5) Patients with mental illness or Alzheimer's disease who cannot cooperate in completing clinical research; (6) Pregnant and lactating women; (7) Patients with a history of gastric ulcer or chronic gastritis; (8) Participate in other clinical studies at the same time.
