60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for MCI in NIA-AA; 2) Age 60-85; 3) No hospitalization history within 6 months; 4) Ischemia index scale Hachinski<7 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Unable to walk around the test room without manual help; 2) Obvious cognitive dysfunction (score of Mini-Mental State Exam (MMSE) = 22) A clinical diagnosis of delirium, stroke, Parkinson's disease, or other neurological, psychological, musculoskeletal, or cardiopulmonary disorders affecting cognitive and motor control; 4) Uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes; 5) Have received deep brain stimulation or brain surgery; 6) Significant lower limb arthritis or chronic pain; 7) Ineligible for rTMS intervention (personal or family history of epilepsy); 8) Do not meet the MRI scanning requirements (such as metal implants, etc.); 9) Inability to understand the experimental process.
