Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 40 and 75 have retinal vein occlusion (RVO) associated with macular edema (macular retinal thickness thresholds of 305µm for male and 290 µm for female) and who need to receive an anti-VEGF drug (Aflibercept) or an intraocular injection of Ozurdex.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Refractive error>3D; (2) Suffering from any other retinitis and choroiditis; (3) Combined with other retinal vascular diseases without macular epiretinal membrane; (4) Combined with other optic nerve diseases (5) History of eye trauma and eye surgery; (6) A history of anti-VEGF therapy, intraocular hormone therapy, and intraocular laser therapy within 3 months, without a history of vitrectomy; (7) Refractive interstitial opacity OCTA image quality is poor (scan quality<6 or significant artifacts)
