20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 20-75 who need vitrectomy due to proliferative diabetes retinopathy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Refractive error> 3D; (2) Suffering from any other retinitis and choroiditis; (3) Concomitant with other retinal vascular diseases, without macular epiretinal membrane; (4) Combined with other optic nerve diseases (optic neuritis, glaucoma, etc.) (5) History of eye trauma and eye surgery; (6) A history of anti-VEGF therapy, intraocular hormone therapy, and intraocular laser therapy within 3 months, without a history of vitrectomy.
