Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) New-onset patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular disease formulated by the Chinese Medical Association in 2019 and confirmed by CT or MRI examination (2) Age 40-75 years old (3) The condition is stable, the course of the disease is = 6 months (4) Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale 20 points, education level primary school and above (6) Those who can withstand standing for 15 minutes of training (7) Upper and lower limb Brunnstrom stage = III (8) Be able to follow simple verbal commands or instructions (9) The skull is intact, and no craniotomy and/or skull repair has been performed (10) Patients and their families agree and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with important organ failure (heart, liver, kidney), autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, etc. or unstable conditions (2) Diseases related to cognitive impairment confirmed by previous medical records or clinicians or family members; It has been confirmed by examination that there are other diseases that can cause cognitive dysfunction, such as brain tumors, brain trauma, and brain parasitic diseases (3) Those with severe speech, vision, hearing impairment or mental disorders that affect cognitive examination (4) Skull defect, head skin infection or breakage (5) Liver, kidney and other serious life-threatening diseases and mental patients (6) Have a history of alcohol and drug abuse (7) Those who are currently participating in other clinical trials
