Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Pregnant women who failed the first fetal cardiac ultrasound examination due to fetal position; ? Pregnant women with clear awareness and no obvious cognitive and language impairment; ? Informed consent, voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Interventions who have previously received relevant forms (such as yoga, climbing stairs to change fetal position); ? Twin pregnancy, assisted reproduction, umbilical cord around the neck or other intrauterine abnormalities of the fetus; ? Placenta previa, placental abruption, hypertensive pre eclampsia, severe eclampsia, gestational diabetes, and acute chronic kidney disease; ? This pregnancy at the scar site of the uterus; ? Those with previous psychological disorders, mental illness or other serious complications.
