Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent radical lung cancer surgery and OLV was more than 2 h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: preoperative history of tumor radiotherapy or chemotherapy exposure, immune or endocrine system diseases, hepatic or renal dysfunction, preoperative corticosteroid use, a recent history of respiratory infection or chronic lung disease, preoperative sick sinus syndrome or atrioventricular block.
