Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Meet the World Health Organization (WHO) criteria for the diagnosis of unstable angina. ?Between the ages of 18-85, regardless of gender ?The main symptoms are chest tightness or chest pain. The secondary symptoms are palpitations, irritability, shortness of breath, fatigue, weakness in the waist and knees, tinnitus, forgetfulness, insomnia, dry mouth, and red face; Tongue pulse: The tongue is dark red, or has ecchymosis, white or few fur, and the pulse is heavy. Those with 2 or more primary and secondary symptoms can be diagnosed by referring to the tongue pulse. ?Sign informed consent and volunteer for treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Infection, fever, trauma, burns, surgery history and inflammation in the past 1 month; ?Heart failure, rapid atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia and other heart diseases; ? Acute myocardial infarction, application of cardiac pacemaker and history of cerebrovascular disease within 1 year; ? Patients with poorly controlled hypertension and diabetes; ? Active tuberculosis; ?Patients with active rheumatic immune diseases; ? Patients with severe liver, kidney, hematopoietic, nervous system diseases, mental illness, and malignant tumors; ?The patient refuses to sign the informed consent, or the estimated compliance is poor, and the possibility of follow-up is poor; ? Pregnant or lactating women; ?Participate in other researchers.
