Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Obese patients (BMI=30kg/m2) who underwent weight loss surgery (precision laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy, laparoscopic gastric bypass); Age 18-60 years old; Willing to cooperate with researchers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with peripheral vascular disease, peripheral upper limb edema, vascular or anatomical abnormalities, bilateral axillary lymph node dissection history, carpal tunnel syndrome, abnormal and unpalpable ipsilateral ulnar pulse with modified Allen test, upper limb scarring, upper limb deep vein thrombosis, and arrhythmia, preoperative systolic and diastolic blood pressure differences between the two upper limbs were 10 mmHg Or older patients and inability to cooperate with researchers.
