18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, = 40%; (2) No stent implantation in the past; (3) Vascular lesions of the anterior descending or circumflex artery or the diameter of the right coronary artery > 2 mm; (4) There is no branch vessel with a diameter greater than 1 mm in the proximal and distal 5 mm of the lesion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute coronary syndrome combined with cardiogenic shock; 2. The life cycle is less than 1 year; 3. History of ischemic stroke; 4. Renal insufficiency; 5. Quantitative coronary analysis (QCA) of non-target lesions in acute coronary syndrome to evaluate stenosis < 40% and lesions requiring stent implantation; 6. Previous stent implantation lesions; 7. There are branch vessels with a diameter greater than 1 mm within 5mm of the lesion and the proximal and distal segments; 8. Lesions for which high-quality OCT images cannot be obtained.
