Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Scheduled to undergo a gastroscopy; 2. Aged 18~65 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Required complex gastroscopy procedures (such as endoscopic submucosal dissection, etc.); 2. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Patients with psychiatric disorders , a long history of use of psychotropic drugs, and cognitive dysfunction; 4. History of drug and/or alcohol abuse; 5. Use of benzodiazepines and/or opioids for nearly three months; 6. Allergy or contraindication to benzodiazepines, opioids, flumazenil and their components.
