Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The new coronavirus infection was confirmed within 24 hours, and the nucleic acid RNA of the nasopharyngeal swab was positive; 2. Age >= 12 years old, weight >= 40 Kg; 3. The childbearing object must agree to use high-efficiency contraceptive methods.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of COVID-19 treatment; 2. Known history of active liver disease; 3. Patients receiving renal dialysis or known to have moderate to severe renal impairment; 4. Known human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection; 5. Suspected or confirmed concurrent active systemic infection other than COVID-19 infection; 6. Has a history of allergies or other contraindications to any component of the research intervention; 7. Currently or expected to use any drug or substance that is highly dependent on CYP3A4 enzyme clearance or strongly induces CYP3A4 enzyme; 8. Pregnant or lactating women
