Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having worked in shifts for more than one year and obtained the qualification of nurse practice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Shift nurses suffering from chronic diseases, being in pregnancy, smoking and drinking for a long time, using psychiatric drugs and taking sleep-related drugs; They work in the operating room, emergency room and ICU; Experience major events that may affect the psychological state in the past three months, such as bereavement.
