Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Ischemic stroke was diagnosed according to the diagnosis and treatment guidelines (within 14 days of onset), and family members or patients signed informed consent; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. Clear consciousness and normal cognitive function, good predictive outcome, discharge can cooperate with the completion of the questionnaire; 4. Willing to participate in this study and actively cooperate; 5. Those who have not been hospitalized since December 31, 2020.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor prognosis after medical evaluation; 2. Patients with severe heart or liver or lung or kidney diseases.
