Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) the patient had lacrimal discharge and purulent or viscous secretions were discharged by pressing the lacrimal sac; (2) Lacrimal duct irrigation: the needle is inserted into the lower lacrimal point to wash and flows back from the upper lacrimal point, and the flushing needle touches the bone wall, and the reflux fluid shows viscous or purulent secretions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) history of systemic diseases (such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, coagulation disorder); (2) Patients under the age of 18; (3) Previous surgical history of lacrimal duct and nasal diseases; (4) trichiasis or abnormal eyelid position (such as entropion and ectropion); (5) Eyelid or nose trauma; (6) nasal diseases (such as nasal occupying, severe nasal septum deviation, polyps, sinusitis).
