Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: for all DFU patients. (1) is 18 years of age or older, (2) Suffering from at least 1 diabetic chronic ulcer (for patients with more than 1 active chronic foot ulcer, the ulcer with a larger area is selected as the index ulcer in the baseline assessment), (3) Able to report psychological pressure normally, (4) Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) suffering from dementia or severe mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia), (2) receiving psychotherapy, and (3) taking psychiatric medication during the study period.
