Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to Wang Zhongcheng Neurosurgery, the formation mechanism of coma with craniocerebral injury and the time to promote recovery were used to establish the diagnostic criteria: (1) There was an obvious history of craniocerebral injury and cerebral hemorrhage, and some patients had a history of cerebral hernia; 2. Patients with severe craniocerebral injury who were confirmed by head CT or MRI and clinical examination (such as observation of pupils) and admitted to hospital within 24h after injury; (3) GCS score 72h and the vital signs were stable. There was no active intracranial hemorrhage after 72h observation. 6. All the cases were hospitalized in the Intensive care rehabilitation Department of our hospital, and there were medical records; The patient's family members gave informed consent to the treatment, and signed informed consent. Patients meeting the above diagnostic criteria can be included in the treatment observation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious primary diseases of the heart, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney, or other serious primary craniocerebral diseases; 2. Severe irreversible brain stem injury, showing a serious state of cerebral ankylosis, and the course of the disease more than 60 days; 3. Severe combined injury with other important organs and limbs combined injury, and affect the brain awakening disorder.
