Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Maternal age: 20-40 years old; 2. Overweight pregnant women who are difficult to independently coordinate the placement of body positions, unable to open the lumbar intervertebral space, and difficult to puncture and locate; Pregnant women who are nervous and uncooperative during intraspinal puncture due to fear of postural compression of the fetus in the abdomen; 4. Patients who voluntarily change their posture when encountering discomfort from the puncture site or uterine contraction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who are assessed by anesthesiologists as unable to perform lumbar anesthesia; 2. Refuse to use self-created postural assist belts 3. The weight and body shape of the parturient are too heavy, exceeding the adjustment range of the auxiliary belt
