Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult sepsis/septic shock; 2) Adult patients diagnosed with AKI according to the 2012 KDIGO criteria; 3) Patients treated with CRRT;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) Clear the history of CKD, have received blood purification therapy, kidney transplantation and other conditions; 2) Patients with obstructive nephropathy (B-ultrasound of urinary system was clear); 3) Patients with a history of cardiopulmonary resuscitation before treatment; 4) Patients with a clear history of liver-related diseases.
