Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient: Inclusion criteria: (1) Primary colorectal cancer patients confirmed by clinical medicine and pathology; (2) People who are clearly aware, have definite reading ability or verbal expression ability, and have difficulty communicating with investigators; (3) Be able to skillfully use mobile phones and WeChat functions. (4) After the investigator explained the purpose of the study, the patient was willing to cooperate with the researcher. 2. Family members: Inclusion criteria: (1) Family caregivers of patients with primary colorectal cancer confirmed by clinical medicine and pathology; (2) People who are clearly aware, have definite reading ability or verbal expression ability, and have difficulty communicating with investigators; (3) Be able to skillfully use mobile phones and WeChat functions. (4) After the investigator explained the purpose of the study, the patient was willing to cooperate with the researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient: Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe and end-stage diseases (cachexia, difficult to complete follow-up investigation); (2) Patients taking antidepressants; (3) Those who have suffered from other kinds of tumors; (4) Patients who have been clinically diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and other psychological disorders before the diagnosis of cancer. 2. Family members: Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe and end-stage diseases (cachexia, difficult to complete follow-up investigation); (2) Take antidepressants; (3) Patients who have been clinically diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and other psychological disorders.
