Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with the 2012 Atlanta Diagnostic Criteria for Acute Pancreatitis; 2. were within 72 hours of disease onset; 3. were between 18 and 70 years of age; 4. had a modified marshall score of >=2 on admission and were monitored in the ICU for at least 2 days. 5. were willing to comply with study procedures and sign an informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pancreatitis of pregnancy 2. early surgery required prior to admission for abdominal syndrome, etc. 3. had received mechanical ventilation, CRRT before admission 4. have severe cardiovascular, respiratory, renal or hepatic diseases
