Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients were diagnosed with kidney stones or ureteral stones by urological CT, aged 18-75 years.2. All patients had stage I stone clearance.3. Systemic inflammatory response syndrome and sepsis were diagnosed according to the 2019 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Urological and Male Diseases.4. All patients underwent percutaneous nephrolithotripsy or ureteral hard/soft lithotripsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with diabetic nephropathy, nephrotic syndrome, primary glomerulonephritis, chronic pyelonephritis, hypertensive renal arteriosclerosis, secondary glomerulonephritis, tubulointerstitial lesions, and hereditary kidney disease. 2. Patients with infectious diseases other than those of the urinary system. 3. Patients who have taken nephrotoxic drugs or traumatic kidney injury or other causes of systemic inflammatory response syndrome within the past six months. 4. 5. Patients with fever in the week prior to surgery or with indwelling nephrostomy tubes or ureteral stent tubes within the last month.
