18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic surgery; 2. Patients whose ASA classification is I-II; 3. Patients aged between 18 and 60 years; Male or female; 4. Patients whose BMI is 18-30kg/m2; 5. Patients consent to the inclusion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary, hepato-renal system obvious abnormalities; 2. Patients with cognitive dysfunction or psychiatric symptoms before surgery; 3. Patients with communication disorders; 4. Chronic drug, alcohol, and psychotropic substance abuse; 5. The experimental drug in this study is contraindicated; 6. Patients who did not agree to participate in this study.
