Inclusion criteria: Female patients with clinically and pathologically confirmed rectal cancer who received radiotherapy for the first time; Age > 18 years old; Clear awareness, able to correctly understand the questionnaire and answer; The patient agreed and cooperated

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe liver and kidney damage; Patients with other tumors have serious attention and hearing impairment; Patients with mental diseases; Participate in other intervention programs during radiotherapy
