Interventions

Control group:only mothers had access to parenting resources (parenting courses).
Intervention group:Parenting resources (parenting courses) + personal counseling and father's club are available to both parents.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First pregnant women and their spouses are included in the plan. Pregnant women were: 1. Primipara pregnancy>=32w; 2. Plan to breastfeed; 3. Both husband and wife can read Chinese and complete relevant questionnaires independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women their husbands participate in research on other pregnancy care/breastfeeding related topics prior to recruitment; 2. Either of the spouse is a medical worker.
