14 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 1.1 ng/mL, AFC>6, for those with good ovarian reserve function, the age limit can be appropriately relaxed. 2. The prognosis of primary disease is good. 3. High risk of premature ovarian failure caused by primary disease and its treatment. 4. Able to tolerate laparoscopic or open ovarian tissue biopsy/resection. 5. It is required to maintain normal sex hormone level and menstruation after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. 6. Patients without HRT contraindication. 7. At least 3 days before radiotherapy or chemotherapy. 8. Informed consent of the patient or his guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Decreased ovarian reserve function with AMH <= 1.1ng/ml or AFC <= 6. 2. Tumor involving ovary or ovarian malignant tumor. 3. Patients with serious basic diseases who cannot accept surgery or have important organ complications that affect the prognosis. 4. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy have been performed at the time of enrollment.
