Coffee intervention group:Intervention beverage consumption, in a 24-hour cycle, a cup of sugar-free freshly ground Americano coffee, 250ml, provided by Hopup Coffee, will be provided for free during

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI of 18-24 2. Age 18-55 years old 3. No long-term drug use, no recent use of antibiotics, no history of chronic disease 4. No history of vaccination within three months Inclusion criteria for each group: Coffee intervention group: The intervention drink period was 24 hours. During 9AM to 5PM every day, a cup of sugar-free freshly ground American coffee (250ml) provided by Hopup Coffee was provided free for 30 days. Please come to the hospital on time according to the date of follow-up, sample collection and body composition analysis. Habitual coffee consumption group: no special intervention, more than one month, at least more than 20 times/month. At least 1 cup of coffee a day for 30 days, and come to the hospital on time according to the date of follow-up, sample collection and body composition analysis. (Follow-up: The interveners were tested for their weight every day when they received coffee, and were registered in real time by Ruan Pinglang). Non-coffee control group: no coffee or tea for more than one month or three times a month at most, no coffee or tea for two weeks, no special intervention, a total of 30 days. You only need to come to the hospital for specimen collection after the start of the experiment. Dance intervention group: Dance intervention, at least 5 times a week, the average dance activity is more than 1 hour, for 30 days. Follow up on time according to the date, take samples and test your heart rate and body weight. All teaching expenses are provided by our research group. (Follow-up visit: All dancers were provided with a heart rate bracelet free of charge to record their heart rate after each dance. Meanwhile, their weight was measured and registered by Ruan Pinglang every day.) Aerobic exercise group: Aerobic exercise at least 3 times a week, with an average of more than 30 minutes per activity. Include aerobic exercise such as jogging. You only need to come to the hospital for specimen collection after the start of the experiment. Sedentary group: less than 2 times a month for the purpose of health activities, the average of each activity is more than 20 molecules, including walking, running, swimming, cycling, dancing, ball games, fitness, etc. You only need to come to the hospital for specimen collection after the start of the experiment.

Exclusion criteria: Chronic drug use, recent antibiotic use, chronic disease, or exercise or coffee consumption in the last six months
