Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than 38 years 2. Meet the Altman knee osteoarthritis clinical diagnostic criteria 3. X-ray Kellgren-Lawrence (K-L) grade I-IV 4. No intra-articular injection was performed in the past 6 months. 5. All participants can fully understand the content of the rating scale and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Acute knee trauma ; ( 2 ) ankylosing spondylitis ; ( 3 ) rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis and other types of arthritis ; ( 4 ) MRI showed knee osteoarthritis with more than moderate joint effusion or grade III meniscus injury ; ( 5 ) Intra-articular drug injection ( sodium hyaluronate or hormone ) or physical therapy was performed within 6 months ; ( 6 ) Patients with severe osteoporosis, diabetes, lower extremity vascular disease, lower extremity nerve defect, and physical deformity ; ( 7 ) Combined with severe mental illness, cognitive dysfunction, poor compliance and intolerance test ; ( 8 ) Patients with cerebrovascular disease, liver function injury, cardiopulmonary insufficiency, pacemaker implantation and pregnancy ; ( 9 ) patients with contraindications to nuclear magnetic resonance examination ; ( 10 ) There are contraindications of ultrasonic treatment such as abnormal coagulation mechanism, deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs, treatment of local peripheral tumors, infection, metal implantation, etc.
