Gold Standard:Transesophageal echocardiogram/transthoracic echocardiogram contrast echocardiography, chest CTA. Any positive item is considered as having right-to-left reflux

16 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinically suspected right-to-left shunt: a. age: 16-54 years old, b. evidence of cryptogenic stroke or high-risk TIA; C. Migraine with aura; D. Other clinically highly suspected cases of right-to-left shunt; E. RoPE >= 6 points; F. Successfully completed the examination of right to left reflux by transesophageal echocardiography (or transthoracic echocardiographic contrast echocardiography) and the examination of pulmonary arteriovenous fistula by chest CT angiography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Carotid artery ultrasound or CTA/MRA/DSA clearly have atherosclerotic stenosis or arterial dissection, arteritis and other diseases that lead to stroke; Patients with ventricular septal defect; Patients with severe multiple organ failure; Patients with intellectual impairment and serious hearing impairment; Pregnant women; Patients who cannot accept intravenous injection of activated saline for various reasons.
