Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized children aged 5-12 years who are determined to require general anesthesia and an accompanying parent; 2. Undergoing general anesthesia for the first time; 3. Stable vital signs; 4. The child has normal mental, intellectual, and developmental status; 5. The child and parents agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Hearing impairment of the child; 3. Disability of both upper limbs of the child; 4. Infectious diseases; 5. The child's parents have intellectual or mental disabilities that prevent them from completing the questionnaire;
