Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for patients with depression: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10 depression; (2) The age ranges from 20 to 50 (3) Hamilton Depression Scale -17 items score >=17 points (4) Education above primary school (5) Those who sign the informed consent. 2. Inclusion criteria of healthy control group: (1) Normal mental examination; (2) Hamilton depression scale 17 items (HAMD-17) score <= 7 points; (3) The age was between 20 and 50 years old, and the variables of age, gender, marriage, education, and social function were basically matched with those of the first-episode depression group; (4) Willing to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients with depression: (1) Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney diseases; (2) Patients with other mental disorders; (3) Patients with severe depression or serious suicidal tendencies; (4) Pregnant and lactating women; (5) Patients who had used any antipsychotic drugs in the last 2 weeks, those who had used long-acting antipsychotic drugs in the last 1 month, and those who had received electroconvulsive therapy in the last 3 months. Exclusion criteria for the healthy control group: (1) Serious physical diseases; (2) Mental retardation or mental retardation (IQ<90); (3) Pregnant women; (4) Previous history of mental disorders or family history of mental disorders; (5) A history of psychoactive substance abuse.
