Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing unilateral hip replacement; 2) patients aged 18-85 years; 3) ASA grade I~III; 4) Clear consciousness, basic reading comprehension ability, vision and hearing basic normal; 6) No history of mental illness or cognitive dysfunction, able to express their feelings in language; 7) Participate in this study voluntarily, and be able to understand and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Allergic or contraindicated to the drug used in the study; 2) Participate in other clinical studies within 3 months before being enrolled in this study; 3) Lower extremity motor and sensory nerve injury; 4) Patients with dysfunction of heart, lung and other important organs; 5) Patients with a history of mental illness or cognitive impairment and a recent history of taking psychiatric drugs; 6) Patients who cannot understand and communicate.
