Conditions

Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma

Interventions

Gold Standard:Pathological findings after surgery as the final diagnostic criterion. Specifically: 1. Metastatic lymph nodes: confirmed by postoperative pathology showing PTC metastasis
2. Benign lymph nodes: FNA cytology diagnosed as benign, and if no lateral neck dissection was performed, follow-up =1 year with no significant changes in size or morphology.
Index test:The diagnosis results of knowledge inference with fusion of contrast-enhanced ultrasound imaging features

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients' thyroid lesions were biopsy cytological and pathological Bethesda V or above; 2. All postoperative patients were confirmed by surgical pathology as papillary thyroid cancer; 3. Complete routine ultrasound, contrast-enhanced ultrasound, and FNAB examination of suspected lymph nodes one week before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of other types of thyroid cancer or other malignant tumors; 2. Patients who have received prior non-surgical treatments before surgery; 3. Patients with contraindications for contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination, including concomitant cardiovascular/cerebrovascular diseases (e.g., hypertension, coronary heart disease) or allergies to protein-based contrast agents; 4. Patients with current pregnancy.
