Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) over the age of 18. 2) patients with acute myocardial infarction diagnosed in accordance with the fourth version of the global definition of myocardial infarction and underwent PCI within one week at the time of admission. 3) killip grade I-III for cardiac function evaluation. 4) basic communication skills. 5) agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with severe complications or dysfunction affecting quality of life. 2) patients with limited exercise. 3) patients with severe psychological disorders.
