Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer who are diagnosed by multiparameter magnetic resonance, cystoscopy biopsy or other methods and who were planning to undergo radical cystectomy. 2) Before radical cystectomy, patients are suspected of lymph nodes involvement or distant metastasis, agree to undergo preoperative PET/CT examination and sign an informed consent form. 3) Patients who intend to undergo HER2 targeted therapy by detecting HER2 expression. 4) Age: 18-85 years old, regardless of gender. Persons with full civil capacity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe systemic diseases such as heart, lung, liver, kidney, and blood that cannot tolerate general anesthesia or surgery. 2) Patients who cannot cooperate with standardized treatment or follow-up. 3) Patients who have previously received HER2 targeted therapy. 4) Patients who are allergic to the tracer used in this study or have other contraindications to PET-CT examination. 5) Pregnant women or patients with reproductive needs within six months.
