Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent of patients and voluntary participation in this study; 2. The patient was diagnosed with moderate fatty liver in accordance with Western diagnostic standards and imaging diagnosis of NAFLD; 3.18<= age <=65, gender no limit; 4.Patients who have not used NAFLD drugs or lipid-lowering or enzyme-lowering drugs within 3 months; 5. No serious complications, no psychosis, no acute abdominal indicators.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cirrhosis, malignant tumor of liver and other liver diseases; 2. Special conditions such as drugs, hypothyroidism, and some IR-related syndroms can lead to fatty liver; 3. Complicated with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, lung, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine metabolism; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Have been enrolled as a subject of other clinical studies and taken other experimental drugs within the last 3 months.
