Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients were diagnosed with UWS/VS or MCS after 5 times CRS-R assessments within 1 week; 2. The course of the disease is longer than 28 days. Patients are stable with etiologies including stroke, trauma and ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy; 3. Age 18-75 years old; 4. This is the first case; 5. The patient's family members were informed of the treatment and examination procedures and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with serious medical diseases such as heart failure, kidney failure, acute lung injury or acute stage lung infection, or serious complications such as severe hydrocephalus; 2. A history of mental illness, alcohol or drug abuse; 3. There are metal implants in the brain; 4. Skull repair or defect at the target site of treatment; 5. Received TMS treatment within 3 months; 6. A history of seizures within 1 month; 7. Other contraindications in TMS treatment; 8. Need to undergo surgery for various reasons.
