Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Be between 18 and 65 years old. 2) Complete periodontal non-surgical treatment has been completed before surgery, and oral hygiene is good. 3) Do not smoke, or have quit smoking before surgery. 4) Preoperative CBCT showed images of infra-bony defects. 5) The endodontic activity of the affected tooth is normal or has received complete root canal treatment. 6) Infra-bony defects are treated by periodontal regenerative surgery, including GTR, bone grafting, MIST/M-MIST, AICAST, EPPT, platelet concentrate and the combination of the above procedures. 7) There are detailed preoperative medical records of CAL, PD, REC, keratinizing gingival width, tooth mobility, and surgical related information (operator, surgical methods, type of material used) in the regenerative area.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Be pregnant/lactating. 2) Suffer from diabetes, osteoporosis and other systemic diseases that affect tissue healing. 3) Orthodontic correction of the affected tooth within 1 year after surgery. 4) The affected tooth has a III degree mobility before surgery. 5) Uncontrollable occlusal trauma in the affected tooth before surgery. 6) The presence of uncured apical lesions before surgery or the presence of accumulated root decay, fillings or restorations on the regenerated tooth surface. 7) Infra-bony defect with III/IV degree furcation involvement.
