Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with hip fracture or necrosis of femoral head undergoing elective hip replacement surgery 2.Age 60-80, BMI18-25 3.ASA classification I-III 4.Can fully understand the research content

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of hip surgery 2.History of opioid or alcohol abuse 3.Local anesthetic allergy 4.Abnormal coagulation function 5.Difficulty in communicating with medical staff 6.Voluntary withdrawal study 7.Infection near puncture site 8.Contraindication of quadratus lumborum block 9.Chronic pain or receiving treatment for chronic pain 10.Patients with underlying diseases such as heart failure, severely reduced respiratory function, severe arrhythmia, poorly controlled hypertension and diabetes before surgery
